Boardman River

The Boardman is fishing well right and is in transition from late nights to early mornings. Tricos (tricorythodes #20-22) are emerging and spinning from 7am-10am and fish are feeding on them. Hoppers, beetles, and ants are dominating the afternoons. Mousing is the tactic of choice nighttime from midnight to dawn.

Upper Manistee River

The Upper ManisteeĀ is fishing well right and is in transition from late nights to early mornings. Tricos (tricorythodes #20-22) are emerging and spinning from 7am-10am and fish are feeding on them. Hoppers, beetles, and ants are dominating the afternoons. Mousing is the tactic of choice nighttime from midnight to dawn. Attractor fishing on PMX, Ron’s Yellow Skunks and Chernobyl Ants are fooling some good fish afternoons.
