ICELAND SALMON FISHING TRIP!

February 4, 2017 • Forum, Upcoming Events

Join host, Mike Traugott, and fish the fantastic Nordura River in Iceland July 31-August 6, 2017. You’ll stay at the beautiful Nordura Lodge and be guided by their expert staff and fish for first-run grilse and mature Atlantic salmon on dozens of beats. Only 12 rods are allowed on the many miles of river, and Mike will be hosting only 4 anglers. So, DON’T DELAY. These slots will not last long. Cost for the trip is $3900 and includes meals, 2 nights in Reykjavik, guides, transportation to and from the river each day, and lodging. Price does not include airfare to Reykjavik, transportation from Reykjavik to the lodge and back (which will be shared by all anglers), tips, and alcohol.

Trip includes 6, six-hour guided fishing sessions over the 3 days at the lodge. Anglers use single-hand 8 weight rods with floating lines, or 8 weight switch rods with floating tips.
